Washing Care:

* Wash before use

* Turn the garment inside out

* Machine wash cold

* Wash dark colours separately

* Use only non-chlorine bleach

* Do not tumble dry

* Warm iron on the reverse side as needed

Please note that payment needs to be made before we proceed with your customised order.

If you want to print your own pictures onto our merchandise, there will be no design fee charged.

However, if you need us to draw personalised illustrations, we will charge a design fee ranging from SGD $29.90 to $69.90, which includes up to 3 changes to the design.
Please send us reference pictures or photos that you want us to illustrate.
We will provide you with the final drawing before printing in bulk. Please note that all our products can be customised with your own drawings, and we can provide you with the product prices upon request.

Customised orders usually take around 1 ~ 3 weeks to produce, depending on which items you want to customise.

Once your package ships, we will send you a notification that includes a tracking number.

You will be notified when your order is on the way, and your package will be delivered to your home.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customised items. Once you have confirmed the prints, colours and sizes, no changes can be made for customised items.

If you find any manufacturing defects in your order, please let us know, and we will replace it as soon as possible.
