shipping
- Once your package ships we will send you a notification email with a tracking number.
- You will be notified when your order is on the way.
- Your package will be delivered to your home.
RETURNS/exchanges
- We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must present the original receipt for the exchange.
- The original product is required for the exchange, which must be in its new and original condition with its original product packaging attached, along with its original hangtags and labels.
- Pack the item into a box/poly bag and include the receipt inside. You may reuse the original delivery package. Choose any courier company (with tracking system) and return to our studio at your own cost.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon receiving your parcel in the studio.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customised items.
- Once you have confirmed the prints, colours, and sizes, no changes can be made for customised items.
damaged or faulty goods
- If you find any manufacturing defects in your order, please let us know, and we will replace it as soon as possible.
